As an expat myself and mum of three, I know very well what it means to be pregnant and deliver in a foreign country. I offer you comprehensive support, merging my professional experience as a registered midwife and former doula, so you don't have to face the exciting (but sometimes overwhelming) journey of becoming a mother alone. This comprehensive package includes: Continuous availability through WhatsApp from when you book me up to 40 days after birth. Antenatally: Four virtual sessions of one hour each to meet your specific needs. It aims to educate and support you on topics such as preparing for birth, feeding, and neonatal care, and to help you navigate this experience away from home. Labour and birth Virtual support through messages and short video calls. Please note that this service is intended to provide you with emotional support only and does not replace the support offered by a professional in person. Postnatally: A personalised plan to boost your confidence as a new parent. I aim to make your transition to motherhood as smooth as possible, knowing you can reach me at any time. The main areas covered are feeding, both maternal and neonatal care and parenting tips. The suggested number of these sessions is 9, planned as follows: 3 consultations during the 1st week 2 consultations during the 2nd week 1 consultation during the 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th week. Each session's duration depends on your needs and typically ranges from 14 to 60 minutes. This package is offered in English, Italian and Portuguese. Payment plans are available for this service.
