Service Description

Two sessions of 2 hours each of engaging activities to understand what you should know and do to achieve a positive birthing experience, following evidence-based practices. - How your partner and team can support you - What to expect and how to manage the different phases of labour and birth - What to expect in the different settings, such as hospital, birthing centre or home - Your options in terms of medication/natural pain relief The workshop is designed to be interactive and open to discussions. My aim is for you to feel respected and empowered during your birthing experience. These sessions are offered in English, Italian and Portuguese.
