Service Description

This four-hour postnatal workshop is designed to support multicultural and expat families as they navigate the early months of caring for both mum and baby. Through a blend of practical demonstrations—such as newborn care, breastfeeding basics, and maternal self-care—alongside open group discussions, the workshop celebrates diverse cultural traditions while offering evidence-based advice. Participants are encouraged to share their unique experiences, fostering a supportive community and addressing any cultural or language barriers. The workshop empowers all parents to build confidence, promote well-being, and thrive together in their new roles. These sessions are offered in English, Italian and Portuguese.
