Service Description

I offer you a comprehensive support for you to don't be alone during the exciting (but sometimes also overwhelming) journey of becoming a mother. As you Birth Doula I will support you sharing my experience, knowledge and empathy offering you: - 1 introductory phone call or meeting of around 45 mins, - 2 prenatal sessions in the comfort of your home or where comfortable for you (usually max 2 hours), - continuous support through messages and emails until 2 weeks after the date of birth to clarify any doubt that you may have regarding your visits at the Dr, what you feel and much more, - on-call period 24/7 since your week 38 until the baby is born, - support during your labor and birthing experience, - 1 postnatal sessions of 2 hour to defrief about your birthing experience and make sure that you are feeling good with your baby. During this visist, I usually also share tips and advice regarding breastfeeding/bottle feeding, baby's routines and gentle parenting topics. Payment plan are available for this service.
