I offer you a comprehensive support for you to don't be alone during the exciting (but sometimes also overwhelming) journey of becoming a mother. As you Virtual Birth Doula I offer you: - 1 introductory phone call of 30 mins, - a personalised plan to educate and support you regarding the topics of preparing for birth, breastfeeding and neonatal care.. The average number of these sessions is from 4 to 8 between the booking date and six weeks after the birthing experience. - each session is pre-arranged and lasts max 2 hours, - continuous support through messages and emails until 2 weeks after the date of birth to clarify any doubt that you may have regarding your visits at the Dr, what you feel and much more, - virtual support during your labor and birthing experience, - 1 postnatal sessions of 1 hour to debrief about your birthing experience and support your mothering journey.
